I always thought it was closed as well. I am going to look into this statement a little closer. I just think Duffy wants to make sure nobody gets in trouble. I was told by a ranger when I called to fish it that it WAS also closed. But maybe this is a good time to get some names and numbers for future reference.

Also Bulletoothhulk, is the MLPA app? I would like to get that for my phone as well. Is there one that pin points where you are compared to where you shouldn't be.

Any information on this thread and contact names would be helpful. Cuz if Crystal cove or close to its borders are open.. I AM IN!

Here is the information I have gathered so far..But it is looking like you can fish.. but just for "Finfish" - Still Looking

You should be able to just sign in, then in the post you will see the "Picture frame" with the little tree in the center of it, click that and you should just be able to search your phone and upload. Thats all I do.

Thanks

That's true.. its not a "FIN FISH" so don't even let them catch you using sandcrabs from another area.. they won't buy it.
